I know I speak for a lot of people when I say, what is it with us? Why are we so afraid to take a chance and put ourselves out there? We are so filled with fear of failure. I know I’m not the only one. We encourage our children to shoot for the stars. We are our spouses, family and friends biggest supporters when they venture on a new path to their dreams. But when it comes to our own, we are our biggest dream crushers! Why do you suppose that is? Women carry the gigantic “it’s my job to make everyone happy and “fix” any and all bad that comes their way. Perhaps we are a wife, chef, counselor, taxi, referee, teacher (just to name a few of the hats I know many wear on a DAILY basis! Why do we do all of that? I think the answer is obvious, because we love them with all of our heart. The question is, when is it OK to love you. When is it OK for us to become our loudest cheerleader? Why can’t we find it in ourselves to tell ourselves exactly what we would say to our child, our sister or our best friend if they came to us with an idea! STOP hesitating and doubting yourself. Put yourself out there. You will never know until you try. What is the worst that can happen? You fail? SO WHAT! Trust me, I’ve been there many of times in my life, and it’s ok. In fact, it’s pretty
great. After the dust clears, you walk away with strength and knowledge.
Thank you Nina for always believing in me, even when I don’t! Xoxo

This was awesome!!! I think we all need a pep talk every now and then!!!! We are our worse critic!!
